Daiki Aluminium Indonesia is the local branch of Daiki Aluminium Industry in Japan. They began operations in 2011. The Daiki Aluminium Group has 14 branches and affiliated companies in 9 countries, globally producing 384,000 tons of aluminium alloy every year.
At their Indonesian plant, they annually produce 50,000 tons of aluminium alloy, serving customers domestically and throughout ASEAN, and they are showing an increase in sales.
Because Daiki Aluminium uses scraps as their raw materials, their products can be made using just 3% of the energy required to mine bauxite and use electrolysis to create new aluminium.

When scraps are melted, smoke emerges from burned paint and oil. Therefore, during the melting process, to protect the environment around the plant and comply with local regulations, they must collect that smoke and release it as clean air into the atmosphere. But a standard dust collector is not enough, and that is what's difficult about melting reprocessed aluminium.
For aluminium refinement, the most important thing is that equipment does not stop working. Up till now, Daiki Aluminium has had to worry about momentary stops and fires from dust collectors that have halted work throughout the plant, but now, thanks to Sinto's proposals, they are able to operate continuously with peace of mind.
Daiki Aluminium uses several of Sinto's locally made dust collectors not only in Japan and Indonesia, but also at their plant in Thailand.
They will continue to support the development of the industry in Indonesia.
Indonesia and Thailand are increasingly important sites for manufacturing and export of automobiles in ASEAN. And with a population of 240 million and growth in personal income, there is an expected increase of automobile sales within Indonesia.
